- Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes in advance. Latecomers will not be accommodated to avoid delays in subsequent schedules.
- We will only hold your seat for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive later than the allotted time, we will release your reserved seat to other guests, and you will need to join the queue again upon arrival.
- No outside beverages are allowed in the restaurant.
- Selected date can be cancelled free of charge if unused 4 days (inclusive) or more prior to cancellation.
