Convenient hotel bus transfers are available from designated Gold Coast hotels to Holt Street Wharf for the 10:00 AM ferry.
Round-trip bus transfers are provided for guests, with pick-up and drop-off at the same designated locations. Please inform us of your hotel during booking.

- The minimum age for snorkeling tours is 6 years old.
- Tidal and weather conditions may affect wild dolphin watching and feeding activities. While sightings cannot be guaranteed, based on experience, there is a 98% chance of encountering wild dolphins.
- When feeding dolphins, flash photography is prohibited. Do not use insect repellent, perfume, deodorant, or sunscreen in the water.
- Each passenger is permitted to carry one (1) piece of hand luggage, with dimensions not exceeding 56 cm (height) x 36 cm (width) x 23 cm (depth).
- Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before departure.
