A World-Class Zoo in the Heart of Western Sydney

Get up close with the world's animals at Sydney Zoo—established in 2015 to create an awe-inspiring experience for local and international communities by introducing a diverse range of animal species from around the globe. The zoo also focuses on education about animal welfare and conservation, making it a perfect destination for animal lovers of all ages.

Before You Book:

Sydney Zoo utilizes cutting-edge technology and innovation to enhance animal welfare, visitor engagement, and education. It is home to a variety of exotic and native species. Through thoughtful habitat design, the zoo offers a more immersive and engaging experience compared to traditional zoos.

With over 4,000 animals, Sydney Zoo boasts Australia's largest reptile and nocturnal house, as well as an aquarium.

Stroll through the new koala habitat and get closer than ever to our koalas nestled among eucalyptus branches. Walk along the Koala Photo Trail for an intimate encounter with these incredible creatures. Our experienced zookeepers and discovery team will provide insights about these amazing animals and assist you in capturing close-up photos with your own camera or phone.
