- Child tickets are applicable for passengers aged 4 to 15 years. Passengers aged 16 and above should book adult tickets.
- Children under 4 years old enter for free. Please specify the number and ages of children in the "Requests and Remarks" section when making your booking. Upon arrival at Puffing Billy Railway's Belgrave Station, you will be required to confirm your child's age at the ticket office.
- Please arrive at the designated location at least 45 minutes in advance. Latecomers will not be accommodated to avoid delays in subsequent schedules.
- If the trip is canceled within 24 hours before the train's departure or if you fail to arrive at the departure point on time, the full ticket fare will be deducted.
