Sydney Ocean Whale Watching Experience

Sydney Whale Watching Experience (2.5 Hours)

Sydney is one of Australia's most enviable cities, boasting a whale-watching season that spans over five months each year. Annually, more than 20,000 humpback whales migrate from the sub-Antarctic waters to the Great Barrier Reef, covering a distance of 3,500 kilometers. The peak whale population near Sydney occurs from June to July as the whales travel north to calve, while September to October marks the height of their return journey south. August often features the most spectacular behavior, with young male whales breaching the surface in breathtaking displays.
